National Programme Coordinator (NPC)

The NPC is responsible for the strategic direction, leadership, manages the process of collaboration among country alliance partners and operational management of the SRHR Alliance and represents SRHR Alliance with the Government, Local and international partners in the country. S/he will take the leading role in coordination of the Get Up Speak Out and AmplifyChange programmes, developing, overseeing, reviewing and monitoring of the Country program strategy to make a positive contribution to the overall mission of SRHR Alliance Kenya. The NPC will be responsible for developing and managing new and ongoing programming initiatives, actively leading the programme cycle management, and developing and managing partnerships. The NPC is also responsible for ensuring cross learning and sharing knowledge across the programme in all areas of programming as well as the national, regional and international policy advocacy and development issues. S/he is responsible for overall joint activity funds and supervision of secretariat staff at the Alliance as well as leading resource mobilization to ensure the smooth running and financial sustainability of the Alliance.
